Disgusting customer service, been over 3 weeks and no parcel never arrived, raised an investigation but never provide any updates. Customer service team is useless both on the telephone and via email. Would NEVER EVER order from this company again. Be prepared to be let down if you do! Shame you have to give 1 star as would rate 0 if I could. Shall be requesting a charge back via my bank as they won't provide a refund.
