Ordered perfume for my daughter for her birthday. Ordered it on the 5th Aug and they said it would be delivered by the 11th. (My daughters birthday is the 12th).
No sign of perfume by 11th so I rang the 1800 number. Spoke to a pleasant lady who told me that the perfume wasn't in stock despite been told it was & that it could take another 10 days to receive it. All this time I was still led to believe that the perfume was on its way!!!!
Rubbish website. Will NOT use again.
