Bought a Gama hairdryer (over £200) which lasted only a couple of months.
Gama have since stopped selling the grey dryer as they are faulty and if you have purchased from elsewhere they replace them with the black one.
Parfum Dreams have had my dryer for 3 weeks and still can not state when it will be returned or replaced or refund.
Terrible customer service, definitely shop elsewhere.
