Sadly my 3rd order with them has lived up to the bag reviews I have been seeing online.
A birthday gift that never arrived. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted them, was given a little story about delays.. couple more days go by I phone again only to be told that they have to file an investigation dadadadaa…
And here I am today just had to write into PayPal, as I have no refund no product and no answers. Will I shop with them again? Absolutely not.. all trust is lost and they do not seem to value customer satisfaction
