I ordered some YSL Libre perfume for which the money was deducted from my account in early July. I received an empty box with 2 cheap samples inside, packaging and no perfume. The label was intact, so it had clearly been opened from the underside if indeed the perfume was ever in there from the onset and reading all of your reviews I have grave doubts. I have sent photographic evidence as requested by Parfum Dreams and Royal Mail said they would have to lodge a claim with them. I can't help wondering is all this just a ploy to extract money from people. I've just sent them another email today because they'd apparently passed it over to the department that dealt with this type of thing, but still no response. If I were you, I would avoid this company like the plague!
