Awful. I will never order from here again and will not recommend to others. I asked for a refund a few weeks ago on an unopened item & customer services said I could have one once they had received the return. It was a tracked return and I saw that they had received the item two days after I sent it back to them. I waited two weeks and sent them another email last week, demanding my refund as they promised. Now I hear nothing so I here I am having to open a dispute with my bank to get my money back because this company is refusing to reply to my emails or give me a refund. AVOID.
