I ordered a lipstick in November and everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, when I received it, it was not the colour I had ordered. I contacted the company and was told to return it and they would be happy to refund. I sent the product back and received an acknowledgement on 14 November that they had received it. They included the amount to be refunded, which had deducted an amount for a "coupon" (I hadn't used a coupon!). Anyway, here I am, one month later and no refund. I have contacted the company on a number of occasions and initially spoke to customer service, who assured me the refund would be made. Not so! I have emailed them 3 times this week but they are no longer replying to me and I seem unable to contact them by phone (a message says to leave a contact number and they will ring back - they don't!). My experience with this company has been appalling.
