Absolutely, useless. The most unprofessional service I have received. Shambolic is euphemism when describing this atrocious company. Do not order from here. When you call customer service due to receiving the wrong item you will be placed on hold for half an hour. The management hopefully get hemorrhoid. Wasted my time.
