***AVOID*** Parfumdreams at all costs because they will refuse to resolve a problem they created. I ordered 3 fragile items and Parfumdreams carelessly put them into a box unwrapped and unprotected so they smashed into each other during transit. When I received the parcel the items could clearly be heard hitting each other and of course when I opened thde box one item was smashed. I sent them pictures of their inadequate packaging and requested a replacement of the damaged item or a refund for it and they told me to take it up with the courier! How ridiculous to blame others for what was so clearly their fault. Despite further communication I never received a refund or a replacement item. DO NOT ORDER FROM PARFUMDREAMS, EVER. O/N 82573232
