I had a terrible experience with Parfumdreams. I placed an order on January 3rd, and the payment was successfully deducted from my card. Shortly after, I received an email confirming that my order had been approved. However, a few days later, I checked the app and saw that my order was canceled, even though the payment was already taken.
I’ve sent two emails to customer support and received no response. I’ve also called their support line three times, and each time they told me they would follow up via email, but I’ve yet to hear back. It has been nearly two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. This is just unacceptable. I’ve ordered from Parfumdreams before without any issues, but this experience has been awful.
