Absolutely Pathetic Service from Pargo I am beyond frustrated with Pargo’s shocking level of service. I sent a parcel which was clearly labelled and tracked with a waybill number I’ve provided multiple times—yet the recipient received the wrong item. I’ve had to follow up constantly because no one at Pargo communicates or takes accountability. To make matters worse, I was told I would receive a follow-up from an agent, which never happened. Employees have given me conflicting and incorrect information, and one even claimed they were waiting for the recipient to drop off the wrong parcel—which she already did. Yet the correct parcel has still not been delivered. I’m left chasing after a resolution while being passed from one unhelpful person to another. The staff are useless, and the service is absolutely pathetic.
