“I'm genuinely disgusted at thier lack of customer support and what seems like a genuine lack of care for the people who PAY them. I ordered something 8 days ago and yet I still don't have the item I paid for and paid to have delivered. I have sent multiple emails and haven't received a single response other than an automated bs email. I've let them know the item is vintage and delicate and yet nothing. This experience has put me off using them ever again. I will definitely be using a different courier in the future and in a similar cases like this where i wasn't able to choose a different one, I'd rather go without the item if this is what is going to happen.”

“Ordered a matric dance dress for my daughter on Yaga. Been waiting since the 16 March and following up with them every day since. No dress! Lots of excuses that there are problems with their provider. Matric dance is on the 11th April... so angry and dissapointed. Feels like the seller and myself have been scammed.

Parcel dropped on 11th and still not collected a week later despite numerous requests and promises. Would recommend Pudo or Aramex before Pargo. In fact the SA Post office is quicker than them!”
“Pargo should be investigated together with it’s staff, I highly believe they are still customer parcels.3 of my business partners have not received their parcels which we’re coming from the perfume Co Africa, each time we call and assisted by Sinazo and Tisha, they are giving us different stories and they don’t respond back, we have to be the ones to call each day for follow up, Monday we were told the parcels were there,they just needed to be delivered today we are told they are missing, it’s been over 3weeks waiting for the parcels”
“Absolutely Pathetic Service from Pargo
I am beyond frustrated with Pargo’s shocking level of service. I sent a parcel which was clearly labelled and tracked with a waybill number I’ve provided multiple times—yet the recipient received the wrong item. I’ve had to follow up constantly because no one at Pargo communicates or takes accountability.
To make matters worse, I was told I would receive a follow-up from an agent, which never happened. Employees have given me conflicting and incorrect information, and one even claimed they were waiting for the recipient to drop off the wrong parcel—which she already did. Yet the correct parcel has still not been delivered.
I’m left chasing after a resolution while being passed from one unhelpful person to another. The staff are useless, and the service is absolutely pathetic.”

“Absolutely rubbish, nearly 2 weeks later and nobody knows where my parcel is after promising 2 to 4 days delivery. When I phone, I get through to a call center that tells me its at a Depot and it will be escalated. I dont think I will ever see the parcel again. Scam in my opinion.”

Ive send out 3 different parcels and 2 of clients didn't receive their parcels.
And what's more, the waiting period for them to fetch a parcel is almost 3 weeks!!
After numerious emails, phone calls ect, we STILL Haven't received our parcels, & My 1 client didn't receive her full parcel.
Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND pargo to ANYONE!”
