Never again will I use Hyperli or Pargo to purchase goods online and be delivered by Pargo... Almost a month later still no resolution or refund”

“When using shipping to Bredasdorp make sure to not use clicks rather use the stationary shop location since during loadshedding you can drive all the way from Struisbaai and not be able to pick up your parcel, they cannot lend any help during load shedding even if you traveled from far and can't get to the shop every day so you probably will have to pay shipping again. Be warned, use the other pick up point especially with stage 6 loadshedding looming. Very disappointed in clicks and service delivery.”
