I rang the Call Centre. Take my advice.... don't bother !
The lady I spoke to was rude and had no Customer service skills at all. It was like I was a burden calling up!!
She really annoyed me making me feel like I didn't know what the hell I was talking about ??? - hence why I will be taking my business elsewhere.
