I had misentered my reg no online so the barrier didn't open at the car park at Belfast International Airport, causing a bit of a panic, but the BCP staff member had it sorted out for me very quickly & was so polite & professional. A rare thing unfortunately these days where staff can be rude & unhelpful. 10 out of 10!!
