You need to sort out you reception and collection system. Queue's at 2 in the morning extending out of the office across the main route for moving the cars in to parking, someone could get hurt. The office used last year by Airparks was far better, not sure if you are renovating that office but the downside for you is that I would look elsewhere next time and pay a little more. I was not the only one in the 30 minute queue that expressed this opinion
