Booked a holiday had to cancel was offered a voucher to book again .Then asked for money back only to be told cant have back its in the terms and conditions .Also we payed there insurance but is no use
.So if you book with parkdean just be aware dont accept a voucher if holiday gets cancelled so you can get your money back
