We have paid for our holiday in full. Unfortunately we have had NO conformation and are unable to speak on the telephone with any representative. As an elderly person, I have no idea how to engage in live chat, furthermore I do not possess a computer. I am a regular customer with your company. I foresee this changing very soon. Not happy!
