Avoid Southview Holiday Park at all costs. We arrived at Meadows 37 to find a filthy caravan — beer cans outside, dirty mats, dead flies everywhere, stained pillows and bedding, mould, broken doors, exposed nails (which cut my child), and even fungus growing on the cooker hood. Staff member Helen promised a deep clean and replacements, then pulled a full Houdini and disappeared. We had to take used pillows from a recently vacated caravan just to sleep. Spent most of our holiday chasing reception, getting nowhere. A few minor fixes were made, but the caravan was still unclean and unsafe. Total lack of care, no management accountability, and zero follow-through. We won’t be returning — ever. Avoid. Left early , they refused refund.
