Brandon in Parker Gwen customer service Dept is unequivocably my favorite all-time customer support interaction. My bench order was delayed due to a third-party carrier, when I alerted PG customer service, Brandon stepped in and gave me constant updates, provided excellent communication, and didn’t let up until I received my delivery.
