I ordered a cuisinart wok, and was afraid at first that the glass lid would be damaged in the mail, but I loved the pan too much and ordered it anyways. I was amazed at how well the product was packaged and shielded from any damage, it was also great to get minute by minute alerts where my package was. The delivery was expedited within a couple days and I was so grateful the delivery was free. Everything from the price to the quality of the product has made me very satisfied with my purchase with Parker Gwen.
