Full transparency....I hadn't heard of Parker Gwen before ordering an expensive Klipsch subwoofer. I took the plunge....and boy am I glad I did! I received my order within 1 week...perfectly boxed and ready to be added to my home theater. Based on that experience, I'm sure I'll be ordering from them in the future.
