While I liked the product, I too have problems with the service. They happily tell you 'no problem, cancel anytime' which I did Nov 23. Then they bill me again a 6 weeks later. I have an unopened one and some left and do not need it.Also it is very hard to contact them or find the 'end subscription' page. It detracts vastly from their product to encounter such difficulties.
