“I have been miserable with pain & burning every day for months. I ordered the Peachy Cream atleast 3 mths ago but was afraid to try it. (I've been on a heavy dose of steriods for colitis). Finally couldn't stand it anymore. After reading alot of reviews, I used 2 pumps before bed last night. Hint: Soak the dispenser in hot water for a few minutes to get the cream out. The cream stung alittle but much less than I anticipated. I knew I was better when I woke up this morning but figured the pain would come back during the day. It has not! I just can't believe the difference! Hallelujah!”

“Silky Peach Cream is a good product and does what it say. However, the customer service department is terrible. A package wasn't delivered, and they wouldn't send a replacement. I would think if you were trying to attract more business, you would want to keep existing customers happy.”

“I'm 69 years old and stopped having sex a few year ago. I was really dry and itchy and sex was painful. After using this product I was no longer itchy and dry. The plus was, that I got my tingles back and sex was amazing!!. No more pain. Thanks parlor games. Will order more. Love all the information you provide on menopause.”

Hi anonymous ALL customers receive an emailed receipt which includes all the information you provided for your order. Without knowing who you are, we can't check your account to make sure that your address information populated - but all our fields are REQUIRED fields and the order would not go through without that shipping information. “I just started day 5 I think. I had no idea what this was. My prior spouse could not due to a stroke. During this time I became dry. 2015 was when we stopped having sex. He passed away in 2019. I have a new man I'm engaged to recently let's just say I had no idea why there was so much pain then I figured it out. I did talk to my primary oh my goodness he says cuddle more. I asked if there was anything I could use, he said No. I'm shocked and I was embarressed. Good news is so far no side effects of burning. I got 3 seperate types all pumps work fine. I will tell this Dr whom said his wife suffers the same. To try this product. Can't wait to come back to give my results once that time comes.”

“I have already left one review but feel the need to leave another. My wife and I are in our 50's and she had a full hysterectomy in her late 20's. She would burn after a short time during sex and my wife has been using silky peach cream for 9 days and sex is almost just like it like it was in our 20's. Hi Beneda I took a quick peak at your account and it looks like you didn't reach out to us for input. It can happen if you are more than five years from menopause or if there has been significant estrogen decline. There are ways to mitigate the irritation that can occur at the early stages of repair if the skin has gotten thin. Some women have extremely thin skin, so applying anything can cause irritation... like putting antiseptic cream on a raw graze. The steady supply of estriol will gradually work to rebuild the tissue. This will help solve the soreness and the itching. For some women this happens quickly, for others, it happens more slowly, we are all so individual. One option could be to apply only on the outer labia, where the hair grows and the skin is thicker, for a few weeks. There is a large network of blood vessels in the whole area that will get the estriol delivered locally. We encourage patience; thinning vaginal skin doesn't happen overnight and so it can take a while to rebuild.

Sometimes an air bubble gets trapped in the pump. We do have a "pump love" process which always resolves this. Silky Peach Cream is nice and thick (so it doesn't run off the skin) so the occasional air bubble in the pump mechanism just needs a little love to get it going.

“I would HIGHLY recommend Parlor Games products!! I am SO thankful that I came across their advertisement. I knew nothing about menopause, atrophy, or hormone replacement. The products are life/marriage savers. They are also very reasonably priced compared to those that the Dr's prescribed. Dr's haven't helped in any way with the problems I was having. I felt hopeless & alone, not knowing who to talk to. The ladies are so very helpful in answering any type question pertaining menopause & what our bodies are going through. After using the Parlor Games products for only 6 months, I'm back to my old self! Sex is wonderful & no longer painful! Again, I would highly recommend their products if you're having problems! 😊”

“I like this product very much. I like the smaller cannister, as I had no reaction to the first small one I ordered, then they shipped a larger cannister, and it burned. I contacted them and they changed my order to the smaller, sent it out with no extra charge and told me to keep the large one. Since it burnt me, I didn't want to give it to anyone else, I just tossed it. I am quite happy with this cream”

“I have been suffering for the past few years with the other estrogen, type products and compounded, estradiol and progesterone. I am 64 years old and my husband is younger and sex. “This is by far the worst product I have ever tried. I immediately felt a burning sensation and sick to my stomach as well. I wasn't going to make a big deal I just figured I'd take a loss, but then they issued a 2nd shipment for double the cost of the first was $18.00, the second $37.00. I guess I missed reading the fine print. No money back guarantee once 2nd bottle is shipped, no return label for 2nd bottle either so you incur shipping expenses in order to get a refund. What a great gimmick for women desperate looking for relief. You both should be ashamed of yourselves.”

Hi Maritza, I'm so sorry you had trouble with our product. As you know from our email exchange, on the product page you had 2 options for purchase you could choose from: 1) make a one-off purchase of Silky Peach Cream for $20, or 2) sign up for a subscription for $12. I'm sorry you found that confusing, though the fact that you chose a subscription would have been displayed 2 more times before the end of checkout. We also emailed you a reminder of the 2nd shipment 5 days before it shipped, so that there are no surprises. In any case, your initial bottle was already refunded, and we're simply awaiting receipt of your 2nd bottle to refund it as well. I know you wish we had refunded the shipping and handling as well, but if you had read our terms (which are linked in the shopping cart) you would have known that as a tiny women-owned company, trying to keep our products affordable to post-menopausal women, we can't afford to refund shipping and handling. I'm sorry you've been so unhappy with the experience.
