“My “peachy cream” is definitely a miracle in a bottle! No pain whatsoever before, during or after sex. I love it and it smells great too. My man always knows when I’m feeling “frisky” and am using my peachy cream.”

“I ordered the silky peach. To begin with, the cream would not come out of the canister. There was no tube, which was a surprise. I tried, banging it on the palm of my hand, and could not get it out, so I used a Q-tip to get enough out and try for the first time. I was told to run the canister under warm water to see if it would loosen up… To me, this is a defect. I should not have to run it under anything to be honest, I am 48 hours into my first application and still itching, throbbing with redness. It literally is painful. I still have the canister and would be more than happy to return it to you. I would love to have a refund as $20 is a lot to spend on an item that simply has been a nightmare.”

Hi Julie - thanks for letting us know the bottle needed some TLC. I did a quick check to see if we had missed an email from you but see that you had not reached out directly. We are very fast to respond any emails that come in (unless it's sleeping time) and we do have some tips about how to warm the bottle. The cream is deliberately on the thick side because who wants a lot of goop on their ladybits. When the weather is cold, the cream can become even more thick, add in a trapped air bubble and you do need a little extra TLC to get the pump working. First - make sure you get the bottle to room temperature for several hours to make sure the cream is softening. While the cream is warming up, stand the bottle upside down so that as the cream warms it will come in contact with the pump mechanism. You might also need to bang the bottle on a hard surface, just to make sure the cream is close to the pump. Now you should be able to pump the bottle and have the cream come out. If there is a large air bubble trapped in their (or if you took the top off and let the air in), it will take a while to get the pump primed. If you would like to try this and, if you have no success, email us directly and we will process that refund for you. We are here to help, just reach out through our regular channels. Take care

“A miracle in a bottle! I was needing some help from my doc for severe pain during sex. “This works but I only get a few pumps out of the bottle before it turns very watery and then nothing. I tried shaking the bottle and tapping it hard as suggested with no luck. Parlor Games replaced my last bottle and the replacement did the same thing. Very disappointing because I am paying this money for only a few uses. Possibly a bad batch of product?”

“I was despairing over vaginal itching, sensitivity, and discomfort. I went to a gynecologist and then to a dermatologist, who prescribed expensive creams (that did not work). “I’ve been a long-time user and the last 2 bottles have seemed a different formulary…. Not a nice creamy delivery from bottle itself. Seems sticky or thick, like forcing the pump more. Something really different than the original creams”

Hi - thank you for the feedback - we will reach out to you separately. We have still the same formula we have been using all along with no changes. The cold weather can make a difference as the cream does get more solid in cold weather. The key is getting the cream to room temperature and shaking it to integrate the ingredients. We have looked into offering priority shipping in winter but that wasn't a popular option and any storm can slow the whole shipping supply chain. We do keep back stocks of all our lot numbers and compare them when new batches come in to make sure there is consistency across all batches...so far everything pumps the same. They bottles are stored in our facility where we keep the temperature at a balmy 70F.

“I don't want to sound like a paid employee but OMG!!!!! If I could give this 20 stars I would. I have tried absolutely everything for dryness post menopause and chemotherapy. It's been almost 10 years since I had normal relations with my husband. I tried prescription creams and even had a 2,400 procedure that failed. I had all but given up but is desperation did one last round of research and found this product. I used it regularly for about 2-3 months and all I can say is WOW. NO PAIN.
