This cream it is NOT APROVE FOR THE FDA BE CARFULL

You are absolutely correct. Products that are used externally do not need an FDA approval. All the over the counter hormone products available currently do not have FDA approval because they are applied onto the skin, not inside the body. Silky Peach Cream (and all our creams) are backed by sound scientific research. Do check out our thousands of positive reviews that demonstrate the effectiveness of Silky Peach Cream for resolving dryness.

I am concerned. I just ordered, it showed my order complete, but it did not ask for a delivery address or email address. What gives?

Hi anonymous ALL customers receive an emailed receipt which includes all the information you provided for your order. Without knowing who you are, we can't check your account to make sure that your address information populated - but all our fields are REQUIRED fields and the order would not go through without that shipping information. Do check your email for both the receipt and then the shipping notification. If anything - we over email rather than under email - so our customers know exactly what is happening. Reach us with specific questions at kate@parlor-games.com, we can look up your order for you and confirm all is well.

Hi Beneda I took a quick peak at your account and it looks like you didn't reach out to us for input. It can happen if you are more than five years from menopause or if there has been significant estrogen decline. There are ways to mitigate the irritation that can occur at the early stages of repair if the skin has gotten thin. Some women have extremely thin skin, so applying anything can cause irritation... like putting antiseptic cream on a raw graze. The steady supply of estriol will gradually work to rebuild the tissue. This will help solve the soreness and the itching. For some women this happens quickly, for others, it happens more slowly, we are all so individual. One option could be to apply only on the outer labia, where the hair grows and the skin is thicker, for a few weeks. There is a large network of blood vessels in the whole area that will get the estriol delivered locally. We encourage patience; thinning vaginal skin doesn't happen overnight and so it can take a while to rebuild.

Pump was broken
Helpful Report

Sometimes an air bubble gets trapped in the pump. We do have a "pump love" process which always resolves this. Silky Peach Cream is nice and thick (so it doesn't run off the skin) so the occasional air bubble in the pump mechanism just needs a little love to get it going.

This is by far the worst product I have ever tried. I immediately felt a burning sensation and sick to my stomach as well. I wasn't going to make a big deal I just figured I'd take a loss, but then they issued a 2nd shipment for double the cost of the first was $18.00, the second $37.00. I guess I missed reading the fine print. No money back guarantee once 2nd bottle is shipped, no return label for 2nd bottle either so you incur shipping expenses in order to get a refund. What a great gimmick for women desperate looking for relief. You both should be ashamed of yourselves.

Hi Maritza, I'm so sorry you had trouble with our product. As you know from our email exchange, on the product page you had 2 options for purchase you could choose from: 1) make a one-off purchase of Silky Peach Cream for $20, or 2) sign up for a subscription for $12. I'm sorry you found that confusing, though the fact that you chose a subscription would have been displayed 2 more times before the end of checkout. We also emailed you a reminder of the 2nd shipment 5 days before it shipped, so that there are no surprises. In any case, your initial bottle was already refunded, and we're simply awaiting receipt of your 2nd bottle to refund it as well. I know you wish we had refunded the shipping and handling as well, but if you had read our terms (which are linked in the shopping cart) you would have known that as a tiny women-owned company, trying to keep our products affordable to post-menopausal women, we can't afford to refund shipping and handling. I'm sorry you've been so unhappy with the experience.

No invoice... can't cancel, can't return. No way to communicate at all...product doesn't work for me apparently I am allergic to it. But would like to make sure I don't get more to add to my collection.

Hi Brenda We emailed you the paid invoice, and then sent several emails as follow up, all of which have our contact information at the bottom. Our website www.parlor-games.com also has contact information at the bottom of the page. We also have contact information in the instructions that we sent to you with your order. It could be that you are allergic to the cream OR it could be that the tissue is so very thin that it will take several weeks of application nearby to rebuild the integrity and strength of that very tender area. We provided this information in the instructions and the follow up emails. We sent you a reminder email that your next order was due to process in 5 days and, when I check the logs I do see that the order was successfully delivered. It also looks like you were able to successfully cancel.

Hello - thanks for taking the time to share your experience. Hormones are tricky things and they can take some time to work. I notice that you have received the one month supply and then one bottle of the two month supply. For some women, especially those who have been without estrogen for many years, it can take 4-6 months for the effects to be felt, and that's using every day. It could be that your body needs a stronger product to do that initial healing. Hoping you find a solution that works for you soon.

I put it on my privates, just like it said. Burning and pain lasted 24 hours. Very hard to work with the pain. Did again as suggested, put it on my arm bends, burning started, then pain again. I'm done.

I was on fire with one application… they won’t refund my shipping costs so I paid $6.00 for the pleasure of a 🔥crotch experience. Lesson learned don’t trust the word “refund” and ladies that make claims they don’t stand by. I guess I should have know I would have an allergic reaction before trying the product. They don’t stand behind their product 😡

Hi Denise We collect the $4.95 shipping fee to get the product to you, this covers the actual cost of shipping and the bag the product ships in, you can be assured we make absolutely no profit on that! This is a sunk cost that we are not able to recover from USPS. We do make clear statements in our shipping and return policies that we will refund the product price, that we can't refund shipping costs. We have refunded the bottle price of $12 for you. Our goal is to have a product that women can afford to use in the long term. Many women cannot afford the $200 a month or more for a prescription hormone product, our TWO monthly product cost is $29.95 for those who choose to subscribe. Now, when it comes to the stinging and burning. Yes, that can occur - often because by the time women find Silky Peach Cream they have had vaginal and vulva atrophy for several years. This can mean that the skin in these area is VERY thin and likely has some microtears...like having a graze on your knee, but in a more intimate area. If the skin is very thin, the cream, any cream, may sting. In this situation our customers will apply the cream to the outer labia where the skin is thicker...it may take longer for that skin repair process but for most women, it's worth it in the long run. Yes, sometimes there is something in the cream that causes an allergic reaction. We strive to keep our formula free from ingredients that may cause a response. The best way to check if you are allergic to something in the cream is to put a dab on your inner wrist. If there is a reaction on the inner wrist then yes, its likely some ingredient in the cream that does not work for our body. If there is no reaction on your inner wrist then it is likely the thinness and tenderness of that vulva skin. I do hope you are able to find a product that works for you...low estriol post menopause is the cause of much discomfort for women and can also result in incontinence. It's worth continuing your search for a product that works for you. Take good care.

It seems after reading reviews that the pump is an issue. Change the design for easier access. I’d like to try your product but hesitate because of all the pump complaints.

Hello Jean - I took a quick peek at your account and see that you did order a bottle from us way back in September last year. I don't see that you reached out with any concerns or to ask for help so am not sure if you are writing about your experience or other customers experiences? Do remember that for all the comments you see, there are thousands of happy customers who's bottle worked perfectly - we know them as the Silent Happy Customers. When it comes to pump bottles - it does seem easy to say, well just get better bottles. We don't make the bottles ourselves, we purchase those. We keep our eyes open for bottles that are (a) consistently available in the high volumes we need, (b) work, and (c) have a reliable airless metered pump mechanism to deliver the right amount of cream. When you combine our product design which requires a thick cream (to avoid the cream being to runny and hard to apply) and the need for a metered airless pump to make sure the right amount comes out, it can be a challenge to find a pump and bottle combination that works 100% of the time on the first go. We do know, and we advise our customers who ask, that if the pump is being stubborn because an air bubble has got trapped, to warm the bottle to increase it's temperature and soften, then slam the bottle on a hard surface to dislodge the air bubble. After than some rigorous pumping will get the cream out of the bottle just fine. We appreciate that our ladies love the cream and how it helps them where it's needed most and most understand that sometimes a little pump love is needed to get it working. Take good care.

I ordered the silky peach. To begin with, the cream would not come out of the canister. There was no tube, which was a surprise. I tried, banging it on the palm of my hand, and could not get it out, so I used a Q-tip to get enough out and try for the first time. I was told to run the canister under warm water to see if it would loosen up… To me, this is a defect. I should not have to run it under anything to be honest, I am 48 hours into my first application and still itching, throbbing with redness. It literally is painful. I still have the canister and would be more than happy to return it to you. I would love to have a refund as $20 is a lot to spend on an item that simply has been a nightmare.

Hi Julie - thanks for letting us know the bottle needed some TLC. I did a quick check to see if we had missed an email from you but see that you had not reached out directly. We are very fast to respond any emails that come in (unless it's sleeping time) and we do have some tips about how to warm the bottle. The cream is deliberately on the thick side because who wants a lot of goop on their ladybits. When the weather is cold, the cream can become even more thick, add in a trapped air bubble and you do need a little extra TLC to get the pump working. First - make sure you get the bottle to room temperature for several hours to make sure the cream is softening. While the cream is warming up, stand the bottle upside down so that as the cream warms it will come in contact with the pump mechanism. You might also need to bang the bottle on a hard surface, just to make sure the cream is close to the pump. Now you should be able to pump the bottle and have the cream come out. If there is a large air bubble trapped in their (or if you took the top off and let the air in), it will take a while to get the pump primed. If you would like to try this and, if you have no success, email us directly and we will process that refund for you. We are here to help, just reach out through our regular channels. Take care

The best way to get help is to contact us directly with your name, the date of the charge and we WILL research the charge for you. Submitting this outreach through a negative review without any contact information makes us wonder if you have the correct company, or, if your wife ordered something on your card and forgot to tell you. If a woman using Silky Peach cream is only just menopausal, there may still be a significant supply of estrogen stored in the body. The addition of just this little bit of estriol can have an impact on the uterus...including cramps and bleeding. If cramps and bleeding occur several years past menopause then it is a very wise move to get checked out by your doctor. There are a number of factors that could cause bleeding after menopause and it's better to be safe and find out what the cause is likely to be.

Bad cramping from use of this, almost had to go to the emergency room it was so bad. Instructions say once in the am and once in the pm. Cut it back to pm only and the itching was crazy. Stopped all together after the pain I went through!

Hi Catherine We are intrigued to know where you read "the instructions say once in the morning and once in the afternoon"? Our written materials state "Use once a day - we recommend at bedtime". Our instructions also state" The cream does have estriol in it - a weak estrogen, but still an estrogen - so don't over use it." Some women have extremely thin skin, so applying anything can cause irritation...like putting antiseptic cream on a raw graze. The steady supply of estriol will gradually work to rebuild the tissue AND to rebalance the bacteria in the vagina. This will help solve the soreness and the itching. For some women this happens quickly, for others, it happens more slowly, we are all so individual. One option could be to apply every other day on the outer labia rather than the vulva where the skin is thicker. There is a large network of blood vessels in the whole area that the estriol will get delivered locally. We encourage patience; thinning vaginal skin doesn't happen overnight and so it can take a while to rebuild. To test if there is something in the cream that is irritating the skin - apply a pump to your inner wrist and see if there is a reaction. If not, it's likely the thinness of the skin.

I only put 1 because I have a question. Where I have pain is inside my vagina not in my labias. And I have no estrogen. I am very dry. Will this still work
Helpful Report

Yes! Silky Peach Cream is helping thousands of women with the exact symptoms you have. Silky Peach Cream has bioidentical estriol in it which absorbs through the skin of the labia into the blood stream. The hormone receptors around your reproductive organs hungrily snatch it up and get to work healing and plumping the cells of your vagina and urinary tract. The key is that the estriol gets into the local bloodstream.

I just have a question. Does this help with a leaky bladder?
Helpful Report
Posted 2 years ago
For many women - YES! Silky Peach Cream does help with leaky bladder. There are estrogen receptors along the urethra and around the bladder. Without estrogen, the cells, especially the muscle cells, can lose their elasticity and strength and ...leakage happens. What we hear from our customers is that while they often started using Silky Peach Cream to help with vaginal dryness, they find the benefit to urinary health as well - an added bonus! FYI - questions can be submitted through the Contact us page on our website at www.parlor-games.com

HI Constance - for any specific health related questions we recommend that you discuss with your doctor who has your full medical history. You can tell her there is 1mg of estriol per pump.

Hi Crystal Hormones are still a bit of a mystery to many of us. We did a survey of our customers and found that by the end of 2 months, about 80% experienced definite improvement. For some women it took longer for their tissue to heal, but those who stuck with it generally got there in the end. So much depends on the place someone is starting from. We're here to help with questions, take care.
