I had a total hysterectomy 30 years ago when I was 30. I tried everything as "hormone replacement therapy", (HRT). They caused side effects like migraines and more. Estradiol has side effects for me as well. Estriol in the, "Peaches and Cream" works like a dream! It improves everything about menopause. I'm on the auto-refill plan. Highly recommended!
