My family canceled our membership a few months ago; per their policy, they will charge you for one more month, and I'm afraid I have to disagree with the charge when you are not getting any services.
We never received an email about our cancellation at all. If you go on the website and go through the process of canceling again, they start counting the cancellation at the time, which extends your due date for the final cancelation date, and they will charge you for another month.
Also, their communication is painfully slow.
