Thieves. Smug ignorant customer service refuse to even forward my claim to the claims department after they sent me something I didn't order and can't use! It's for the same model vehicle as mine but 12 years older than mine is. Tell me they won't do anything further to assist me! They did nothing except take my money and not send me what I paid for!
