“I do not recommend this online store.
I ordered wheels from their website that were listed with a 78.1 mm center bore, exactly as shown in the product description. However, the wheels I received have an 83.06 mm center bore, which is completely different from what was advertised.
This difference makes the wheels incompatible with my vehicle, so they are unusable for my setup.
I contacted customer service multiple times, but they either do not understand the issue or refuse to acknowledge it. They are asking me to return the wheels at my own expense, even though the mistake is clearly on their side.
It is unacceptable to have to pay to fix an error that I did not make.
Very poor customer service and overall experience. Be careful before ordering.”
“I had a very frustrating experience with PartsEngine.ca and would strongly caution others before ordering from them. I placed an order for a wheel and tire package on January 25, with a stated lead time of 3–4 weeks. More than three months later, the order has still not been delivered.
Throughout this period, I received conflicting and inconsistent information, with no reliable delivery date provided. At one point, I was told the wheels were officially in transit, only to later be informed that only one wheel had been received. The company was ultimately unable to locate the remaining wheels or explain how such a situation could occur.
To make matters worse, after speaking directly with the manufacturer, Vossen Canada, I was informed that no purchase order or order existed in my name, which strongly suggests the wheels were never ordered in the first place. Despite repeated follow‑ups and requests for either clear proof of delivery or a refund, I was continually kept waiting with no concrete resolution.
The lack of transparency, excessive delays, and poor follow‑through made this an unacceptable customer experience. After months of wasted time and unanswered questions, I had no choice but to escalate the matter. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend PartsEngine.ca.xtremely poor customer experience – order never delivered.”

Just ordered a front sway bar 4 days ago and still not processed, I ordered a rear sway bar from Amazon same day and showed up at my door 2 days ago. Not happy there service time.”

December 4, 2025 2:30pm. Called 1-877-920-3738 After over 9 minutes on hold, chose the call back feature.
December 4, 2015 4:00pm Called back and received same all agents are busy response. Chose the call back feature.

December 5, 2015 Parts Engine phoned back, I was on a call and declined. Called back at 10:17am, Received a call back at 11:15am from Mari. Decided to keep the order estimated time is beginning of January.
December 19, 2025 Received an promotional e-mail from Parts Engine, I looked up rims for 2018 Equinox. Showed 4 steel rims in stock. Called at 1:25pm, chose call back feature. Mark called at 2:50pm. I told him the situation and he will look into it and e-mail or call me back.
January 7, 2026 Phoned at 10:41am. Went through menu to order status, chose call back feature at 10:43am. Call returned at 11:59am by Mark. I was put on hold for 5 minutes. Mark is passing up on to administration team, I will get an e-mail or phone call from him.
January 9th Phoned at 9:56am. Went through menu to order status, chose call back feature at 9:57am. Mark called at 11:10am. There is no new news on status.
January 13th Phoned at 10:45am. Went through menu to order status, chose call back feature at 10:46am. Phoned at 3:44pm, went through order status, chose call back feature at 3:46pm. Honey called back at 3:47pm. They have two in stock. I asked them to send them to me.
January 15th Phoned at 10:38am. Went through menu to order status, chose call back feature at 10:40am. Ann called back at 10:44am. I asked for a shipping update on the 2 rims. No tracking details yet. Called at 11:20am Chose to cancel order call back feature, nothing happened. Called back at 11:24am chose call back feature. Ann called back at 12:08pm. I cancelled the order. I will receive an e-mail confirming that. Refund 4 to 5 days. Received an e-mail from Parts Engine that my order has been cancelled and refund in 3 to 5 business days.”
“This company is not honest or transparent in their advertising or advice from reps. Items are listed as “ in stock” when they are not. They will string you along, saying things are there when they aren’t, they will falsify delivery dates.
Getting assistance on the phone is impossible.
If you ever want to receive what you ordered, order it elsewhere!”
“how is this company even open. ordered 4 weeks agao and still nothing. nobody answers the phone just tells you your on the call back list. finally got a call back and the person couldn't answer a single question and said they would look into it and call me back. it's been a week and nothing. also there website and phone boldly state free ground shipping in all of Canada and yet they charged $40 for shipping due to being in a rural area. Stay away from this company”

I was told that it will take a little longer to arrive since they need to have items transferred from their US warehouse, 2 or 3 weeks. We are July 4, a month later and got an email saying that an extra 2 or 3 weeks will be needed. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST, this is not a company that takes their clients seriously.
