I ordered everything for my son’s party and paid for the next day delivery by noon. The parcel did not arrive by noon and I tried to arrange for the parcel to be delivered later that day (with the devilery company and Part Ark), but it was not possible. When we were out to pick up our children from school, we were left a note that we have to pick up the package at a depo 30 min walking distance. When I contacted the company and ask for help as we need supplies ASAP they said that they can rerfund me for the order when it is returned to them and this is all they can do.
