The company's policy of refunding payment of missing items delivered is insulting.
I was expecting to get 2 profiteroles , but only got one. Instead of getting a driver to deliver the other one, I was told that my only option is to get a refund which will take 7 working days to reach my account.
Over the last fortnight I've ordered at least 4 times.
The food is hit and miss: the first order was great, then the other orders just got worse.
I'm happy that they're helping me to save money as I won't be ordering from pasta evangelists ever again.
