“Delicious and home cooked Italian flavour . Was nice to have dinner delivered that was not soaked in grease. Food was beautifully presented, I think the best dressed takeaway food I’ve had. Only slight issue was the pasta in on of the dishes was not as al dente as I would’ve like Other than that, I definitely recommend this restaurant”

“This is the second time that they cancelled my order and they let me know with half an hour left before the order arrives. Before that they say that the order is being prepared...a disaster, very disappointed...I'm not going to order there again.”

“The company's policy of refunding payment of missing items delivered is insulting. I was expecting to get 2 profiteroles , but only got one. Instead of getting a driver to deliver the other one, I was told that my only option is to get a refund which will take 7 working days to reach my account. Over the last fortnight I've ordered at least 4 times. The food is hit and miss: the first order was great, then the other orders just got worse. I'm happy that they're helping me to save money as I won't be ordering from pasta evangelists ever again. Erika”

“Every meal I've had from here has had absolutely no flavour. It has been the worst most bland pasta I have ever eaten. I just spent £40 on a meal from here not only is it over priced they can't even make a good carbonara. Carbonara is the most simple sauce in the world to make. You take eggs, grate Italian hard cheese into it and mix it up. Then you cook your pork cheek and garlic and then add your cooked pasta throw the raw egg and cheese in and mix it up for about ten seconds and you're done. They are using a tasteless premade sauce which I guarantee has never seen a real egg or cheese and then they throw some pancetta on top and that is the ONLY part of the food with any flavour. Every dish is the same. It is all tasteless and a waste of money. If you like pasta and you like flavour do not support this awful company.”

“Do not order on Pasta Evangelists website, 2 hours waiting for my order while the website advertises 15 to 20 minutes delivery. After 1 hour I call to check up on my order, I am told that it should arrive in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later still nothing arrived with the delivery time estimated at 2 hours after order. I call again to check on my order, and I am told that the driver never picked up the order and ended his shift so my order was cancelled all while the website tracking was still showing a later estimated delivery time. As an apology I was suggested to cancel my order (how convenient) and get refunded or book another driver... I chose to cancel. This is unacceptable after 2 hours waiting for delivery. The website is clearly doing false advertising and not delivering on the supposedly services it offers, this is a violation of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations! RUN!!!”

“Failed to cancel my account when I processed online, and then delivered a huge amount of pasta I didn’t request while I was away on holiday. Really bad customer service when I tried to follow up, would really not recommend this company at all.”

“the food is good but the service appalling plus not clear what to order to get free delivery! 2 portions but from different recipes?!? still not clear plus delivery not always guaranteed, it is supposed to arrive any time up to 6 oclock but you can get a call just before 6 saying it is not going to happen and asking you if it is ok to have it in 2 days time!!! what a joke!!!”

“Have ordered in the last and been very happy, but very disappointed this time. One dish was good and the other not so much. Apparently they had run out of tiramisu too and I was given profiteroles. Definitely not worth the money. Perhaps I just made the wrong choices?”
