Hi,I ordered twice by them and the first time was everything ok. The second time a disaster. I ordered the deal but one pasta get one free but unfortunately only one item arrived. I thought it is unfortunate but a mistake is understandable as long as they sort it out. So I call the customer service and the catastrophe happened. A young girl called Katrina answered and she was the most arrogant, unprofessional,not wanting to help person I spoke to in a very long time. After a few discussions,yes discussions,she cut me off and sent me an email with a £15 voucher. Unbelievable. I would really like to tell her where this voucher can go but I am a gentleman. So the place is good but the customer service is disgraceful.
