After doing a quick Google search, I looked at a few places that offered similar services, but it was the selection of memorabilia that I loved from Patch & Purr. The staff were wonderful, they were kind and patient with me despite me being an emotional wreck and not knowing what I was doing. Renee was exceptionally sweet and personable and I felt she genuinely cared and had my back when I was being slightly irrational and fearful about my best friend being lost or mishandled. They really saved me when I was falling apart to get my beloved cat home to me and offer whatever comfort they could. Could not recommend more.
