Patch and Purr is a very caring and sensitive service, reflected in the way they handled our old departed mate "Gus" for us. And when we received the call that "Gus was ready to come home now" (quoted - also note the use of present tense), it reminded us that although he had passed, we would continue to have fond memories of the long life he had with us.
