Thank you Ana, Kelsie and the Patch & Purr team for the kindness and compassion you showed when looking after my gentle old boy, Buster. I felt very comforted with each phone call and text message which kept me constantly informed during a sad and difficult time. The keepsakes were a lovely surprise and very much appreciated.
