The process with the final cremation of our beloved Luci went smoothly with Patch and Purr. We were told all the options for her ashes and before long we received a lovely urn, a patch of Luci's hair and a paw print for us to remember her by. We have used other organisations with previous pets and found Patch and Purr to be efficient and good value for money, in comparison with them. They took the stress out of this difficult time for us.
