Our family dog passed away at home which was not expected it was our worst time speaking to staff and the organisation of the cremation for all family members to have a memory of him the organisation went above and beyond to help us and deliver his urn back to us .I will definitely recommend them to others and will use them again .
Thank you to all staff at Patch and Purr for helping us through a very difficult time .
