Patch and Purr made a difficult time much easier. We had no idea what our options were and the process after he passed away. The cremation of our rabbit was arranged through our vet. Patch and Purr were very considerate and professional. They gave us a tracking number to follow while he was away from us, and seamless in delivering him home to us a few days after. Their representative was very sweet and checked in on the familie’s well being. Lovely company to deal with.
