Genuinely sympathetic, understanding and caring people at Patch and Purr. Communication and arrangements are all very well managed. Patch and Purr worked seamlessly with our vet arriving at our home when they needed to be there. In the circumstances with inconsolable children their attention to our needs was greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending Patch and Purr in your time of need!
