When we knew it was time to let our girl go it was a Friday night. I went online to get a quote and make arrangements and it was all organised within the hour. The next day the representative from Patch and Purr came and was lovely. She gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and explained the process. They also arranged that our girl was picked up to be cremated and the ashes returned. We would recommend P&P to anyone who needs to say goodbye to their fur baby.
