Losing our kitten to Covid did not feel real, it was raw, overwhelming and desperately sad. The decision of what to do with her little body seemed unreachable. Patch and Purr took the time to talk me through the options, showed nothing but empathy and understanding, and made sure I was aware of every stage of the process (thank you, Renae). When delivering the ashes, I could barely put one foot in front of the other. Nick literally helped every one one of those steps it took me to reach out and hold her ashes.
