Unfortunately we had to deal with a staff member that definitely is in the wrong role. Anne Marie had not one bit of passion knowing that we had just lost our loved pet. This staff member kept talking over the top of my daughter and my daughter couldn’t even get a word in. In the end my daughter hung up and called another cremation service who were absolutely wonderful. Pets at Peace operator’s would have never acted in such a disgraceful way, especially after a family have lost a loved one after 16 years of age.
