Great shoes ....... BUT...... beware lengthy time in getting your money refunded! Shoe order delivered to store for collection. Too small so needed to swop for next size up. Same price and colour but assistant would not exchange like for like so had to make another purchase for 2nd pair. Would not credit my return on the same credit card there and then but was given Customer Order Return Slip stating I would “automatically be refunded on my card” together with receiving an email informing me I would be “refunded in the next few days”. Having received no monies I enquired a week later (albeit losing 1 day to the Bank Holiday) to be told I could expect this within the next couple of days. Alas, no joy ,so rang again today and informed I should really allow up to 14 WORKING days (thereby potentially up to 3 weeks). This I was told is clearly stated on their website. This may be the case but I would strongly suggest the above wording on both their customer order return slip and the email notification I received is not transparent and in fact misleading. A refund from this company is anything but “automatic” (it took 3 days to even start the process) and I would suggest that in reality up to 14 working days can hardly be construed as “within the NEXT FEW days”. To date it seems I could still be waiting at least a further week for my refund some 3 weeks since exchanging my shoes. In it’s communication with me, by receipt and email, Pavers have not been forthcoming with the truth.
