Ordered some navy blue penny loafers and paid extra for delivery today
Today I get an email saying my order was cancelled due to them being unavailable!
They were in stock when I ordered them.
Now told j have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund!
Got cut off when calling customer service. Tried again when I got home. Customer Services line now closed.
Shocking customer service by this website.
