Bought a pair of navy shoes for £44.99 at Pavers at Unit 12 Dockside Outlet Centre Chatham ME4 3ED on 10 March 2022.
After 3 wearings of the shoes you could see definite wearing on the sides of the moulded sole.
I took them back to Pavers and was informed that it was 'wear and tear' and there was nothing they could do!
Is this the case? That sum of money was considerable for me as I live on pensions and I was very disappointed as Pavers have always given me a very good product in the past. Do not want this published - I just want a response from you.
