If I have bad service, I normally complain, but, I also praise when praise is due. I went to the Chirk/wrexham store looking for a pair of winter boots. I was served by a young lady called Zoe. She was extremely friendly and went out of her way to help me and my husband, who had a dizzy spell. She was so kind to him. So good to have a welcoming smile as we walked into the shop.
