The courier.( 4/11/2023) Approximately 5pm..
He knew he had right address, but he walked away without delivering package..
He pretended to be security conscious- but probably done it on purpose.
The only courier ever- who never left the parcel in the hallway.
!- item has been paid for but I didn't receive it!!!!..
