I,m 75 years old & over the last year have managed to lose two stone , the bad news was that I ended up with thin soles that meant that was if I was walking on a pebble beach. At paver in Armstrong Mill at Shepshed I purchased a pair of lambswool insoles these were excellent & I kept them on as the cushioned walk was very good. Thankyou. Mikeprince@uwclub.net .
